Technical Service for inbound process, (US Campaign) Looking for candidates, work experience in US process and ready to work for US process(Night Shift).
Assisting customers on call for our own products such as Mobile phones, Data Cards, Hotspot, WiFi Routers, Phablets, Tablets, Projectors. No Sales, No up selling, Will give you a technical training on troubleshooting & product knowledge.
Process is all about assisting the customers on troubleshooting of our products, helping them to reset the device, getting connected with internet, device functional assistance and more.
