Job Description

Candidate should possess Excellent Spoken and Written skills in UK English.
Responsible for dealing with Clients’ Queries over Voice, Live Chat and Email.
Responsible for dealing with International Clients.
Responsible for Handling both Inbound and Outbound Calls.
Knowledge of Computer, Internet, E-commerce is a big plus.
Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
Minimum Graduate in English / Communication (Preferably, however other graduates meeting the other criteria may also apply).
Excellent English Communication Skills - Fluent in UK English.
Problem analysis and Problem-Solving
Attention to Detail and Accuracy
Customer Service Orientation
Adaptability
Must have Internet and Computer Knowledge
