Job Description

Manage incoming calls from customers and online chat queries
Generate sale leads
Respond to customer queries via emails
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep record of customer documentation and retrieve it when required
