Customer Support Engineer (service)
Experience required – 3 years or more

Duties and Responsibility
• Providing technical support, resolving issues, or doing quality assurance checks.
• Doing on-site visits.
• Testing machine tools
Installing machines
Giving emergency assistance
Preparing documentation
Giving technical assistance
Approving designs
Planning maintenance work
• Plan the servicing work in advance.
• Has to make detailed reports on all the work that is done on each machine
• Has to ensure that any parts that need replacing are available in stock
• Has to work on improving the performance of the machine
• Has to conduct safety checks on all the machines.
• Has to keep an inventory of equipment required for the repair work
• Co-ordinate with customers and solve their queries.
