The role entails providing high quality customer service to the customers and ensuring that required service is rendered in accordance with the policies and procedures.
Resolve customer queries and concerns.
Ensure efficient, effective and accurate service is provided to the customers.
Provide customers with complete product and service information.
Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve.
Should have good convincing skills
Flexible to work in shifts
Flexible to work in Inbound/out bound environment.
