Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries (international process). Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company. Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers. Evaluate problems of the customer and provide logical lasting solutions. Manage and update customer database with the status of each customer. Manage filing, mailing, correspondence and other management tasks. Taking care of customer satisfaction.
