KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Experience in all aspects of customer service – dealing with enquiries over the phone
• Successfully promote positive customer care, helping as much as possible
• Conducted session for new batches and provided on job training
• Barging the calls of a new comer and giving the feedback
• Collecting & analyzing data to monitor the level of customer service
• Contributed to & participated in team meeting and activities
• Listening to and helping customers as much as possible to solve the problem they have discussed.
