Job Description

Brief: A city specific port folio responsible for answering customer calls, scheduling of appointments for sample collection, co-ordination with the phlebotomy team for sample collection.
Requirements: A graduate preferably in the age group of 21 -27 yrs, with 2-3 years experience in customer care in healthcare / hospitality / BPO.
- Skill Sets Required:
- Good Communication Skills (English / Hindi / Marathi)
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Aptitude to learn new software and medical terms.
- Ability to collect and document required information as per SOP.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Excellent communication skills
- 12000/- to 18000/- Per month
- Personal Accident Insurance of Rs. 1 lacs
