Job Description

Monitor and maintain Quality of Sales and Service. Interact with global customers through phone/email/ chat to get after sales and service feedback and resolve customer grievances as well as escalate as per need.

Graduate/Post graduate with excellent knowledge of English and good communication skill, to interact with international audience.
Willingness to rotate shifts, as needed.
Ability to learn & explore technical software and applications
Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
Dependable with proficient attention to detail.
Good listening and responding skills
