Partner Operations Department from Quality Perspective -
• Process Re-engineering
• Improvement projects for bringing Process efficiency
• New initiatives for continuous improvement
• Benchmarking & adapting best practices
• SOP documentation / updation
• Information dissemination

Financial engagements -
• Anchor process onboarding on new partner for New Business (Banca / Broker etc)
• Envisage IT & Compliance requirement for smooth onboarding
• Design / Customize Sourcing Process as per partner requirements ensuring regulatory compliance
• Ensure seamless onboarding

Customer Engagement Initiatives
• Increase self-service penetration
• Introduce new self-service avenues
• Increase email penetration
• Drive customer front ending enhancing projects like Portal revamp, IVR revamp, CRM implementation
• Lead cost saving initiatives for company
