Job Description

To ensure all operational activities of credit control department should held smoothly. Coordination with other departments.Circulation of reports after analyzing & key findings on time. Keep a close eye on Credit limit & credit period. Making provisions & escalate on timely manner.

Job functions and responsibility:

1. Working closely with Sr. Manager to develop new strategies on credit control.
2. Closely monitor all account under receivables supported by follow ups documents.
3. Reconciliation of all accounts twice a year to assess true receivable position from the customer.
4. Identify high delinquent distributor & timely escalation of issues to avoid risk.
5. Maintaining & handling of renewal of distributor’s agreements as per trade policy.
6. Prepare various month-end accounts receivables reports and other ad hoc reports for Credit, Finance and Sales Divi
