Development Manager ( VP Level)

Req. Exp
• 10+ yrs IT exp. with at least 6 yrs of Core Banking technology and in the area of Finance & Risk applications – especially related to pre-processing, data warehousing and analytics.
• Conversant in technologies and tools related to finance & risk computation engines (e.g. Moody’s Risk Foundation, Risk Authority, Risk Confidence), data consolidation and warehousing technologies such as Hadoop, analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Qlikview, Business Objects, SAP).
• Familiar with service level architecture.
Role
• Supervise the local development team with hand-on approach.
• Ensure development activities per planned timeline, budget, and expected quality parameters.
• Review and set development guidelines for the team to follow and ensure alignment to the same.
• Conversant of current and up-coming technologies & tools especially in the areas of pre-processing, DWH.
