Acknowledging clients through mails or phone for new bookings, re-bookings, re-issuance of air e-ticket and refunds of travel services.
Good knowledge of online booking engines or B2B booking portals for quotations or booking of travel services.
Thorough knowledge of GDS like Amadeus and Galileo.
Good knowledge of Lost cost carriers and routing to find most economical fares for domestic sectors.
