Handling HR activities for Production Centres:
• Pay-rolling(Attendance & Leave Management) – on-roll & 3P
• F & F, Ensure 100% Biometric Compliance
• Statutory Compliances (filing of returns, maintaining registers, handling inspections, renewal of licenses etc.)
• Maintaining discipline, issuing MEMOs, tackle absconding cases, excessive absenteeism
• Handling Employee grievances related to salary, fights, reporting issues etc),Should know about the policies/laws related to Attendance, Leave , Bonus , Gratuity, PF, ESIC, WC, Factories Act etc.
• Handle Mediclaim issues in co-ordination with HO
• Maintain track of confirmations, extension of probation , promotions
• Employee engagement – cultural activities, games, lunch
• Internal HR Audits – pertaining to Incentives, Bonus
