• To be able to build FE models as per the requirements of automotive Chassis components & assemblies for Chassis Crash analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and validate the FEA model and analyses results as per the specified standards.
• Creating the best practice methods.
Key Skills
Essential skills :
• Strong knowledge on Crash analysis using PAMCRASH
• Strong knowledge of Model building (Shell /Volume mesh) and Crash deck preparation.
Desirable skills :
• In-depth understanding of Chassis components and Vehicle development.
• Strong technical knowledge in Crash and FEA
Software skills required for the job :
• Ansa, PAM CRASH,Metapost
• Should be familiar in using MS office like word, Excel etc.
