• People Management

Participates actively in hiring of new employees for the organization including creation of job-descriptions, phone-screening and onsite interviewing
• Project Management
Understands project scope, allocates resources, manages timelines, identifies risks early and communicates updates regularly to upper management and stakeholders.
As delivery manager, owns the entire life cycle management for deliverables assigned to his team
Holds meetings/conference-calls with business teams, vendors and external partners to understand.
