Job Responsibilities
• Answer phones and incoming messages online
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate information on all aspects of properties and amenities
• Ability to empathize, understand and solve customer frustrations and issues
• Work with on-the-ground operations team to facilitate and solve customer issues
• Escalate calls and troubleshoot issues when needed
• Assist team with special projects relating to customer service
• Must be able to work at a desk and on the phone for extended periods of time
