Personal Assistant

Description:

1. To provide administrative, secretarial and clerical services for the tasks assigned.
2.To assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
3.To provide word processing and secretarial support in drafting mails, confidential letters and other documentation
4.To maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence for easy and safe retrieval
5.To prepare preparation for the key Board meetings and conferences as directed.
6. To respond to public inquiries schedule, availability, meeting requests and other inquiries
7.To manage Travel arrangements and ensure effective arrangements.
8. Should be Comfortable in Short hand Typing
