Job Description

Should have very good knowledge of the Exchange, Active directory, Lync.
The candidate should able to troubleshoot issues related to Exchange 2010 and Windows server 2008/2012 server
Having network knowledge.
Basic troubleshooting skills needed.
Should have a strong understanding of Exchange, Global catalog servers and replication incidents.
Windows Operating System Knowledge

Topics to be covered:

Networking concepts like LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, OSI Layers
Active directory (ADS)
Domain name (DNS)
Cloud Computing, Office 365
Exchange Server
Global Catalogue (GC)
FSMO Roles

USP:

They handle maximum 8-10 cases, not back to back voice calls.
Core technical troubleshooting.
This Experience considered in IT sector as well.
