Job Description

a) Assisting the MD, Managing the appointment calendar, Drafting letters and emails, Arranging meetings.
b) Making travel arrangements like flight tickets and hotel reservations, Making PowerPoint presentations, Coordinating with other departments for different kinds of work.
c) Maintaining confidential and official files and records, Sending invitation cards to people for specific events etc.
d) International and National travel arrangement.
e) Strong co-ordination with other department.
f) Taking care of all email responses on behalf of MD.
g) Maintain data base of contact list, address of important people.
h) Prepare agenda of the meeting and minutes of the meeting. etc
i) Other day to day and Important activities coordination.
