Job Description

• Responsible for reminders of upcoming meeting dates & other crucial matters.
• Preparation of Documents / Letters and Communication draft as & when required based on the instruction by Seniors Authorities.
• Communicate both informally and formally in scheduled meetings with management, subordinates and peers.
• Handling Travel part like flight ticketing (Domestic and International), Train ticket, Taxi booking & Hotel room Reservation etc.
• Calendar Management, MIS reports preparing.
• Maintaining correspondence files and emails.
• Should be well versed with MS Office.
