Job Description

We are looking for a Executive Assistant whose main responsibilities will be:-
• Act as an interface with the Director
• Co-ordinate for events/conferences and other corporate ventures to network with industry professional on behalf of the Director.
• Would be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of Director's office.
• Manage deliverable to the Director's and provide any necessary reporting Preparing presentations and provide assistance to Directors for meeting preparation and events
• Preparation of minutes of meetings.
• Develop and maintain appropriate document filing systems
• Ensure confidentiality at all times (this position will have access to highly confidential information
• Other duties as assigned by the Director time to time.
• Managing MIS
• Making reports on daily and weekly basis.
