Job Description

• Preparing daily schedule plan.
• Preparing documentation of various projects.
• Preparing complete filing system for HOD
• Maintaining orientation reports for new joinees in department.
• Handling training communications within department for staff and operators.
• Arranging departmental and interdepartmental meetings with HOD’s for various issues.
• Drafting routine letters and IOMs for HOD.
•Communication with counterparts via emails for arranging project meeting and Tele- conference and video – conference.
• Keeping track of all ISO Audits – Internal and External Audit.
