Job Description

Work Responsibilities
1. To meet the prospective clients and inform them about the projects.
2. To understand the client's requirement and then suggest them the appropriate project or property.
3.To explain the projects or property on site and to clear their doubts.
4. To handle the client's objection during visits and meetings.
5.To close the deals by filling application forms and submitting it.
6. To Identify business opportunities by identifying prospective clients.
7. To be Responsible for generating revenue by closing the deals.
8. To achieve his targets and to perform consistently.
9. Establishing, maintaining and expanding the associate base for the company.
10. To handle the in bound calls.
11. To identify new opportunities.
