Job Description

-The employee would be responsible for taking incoming calls.

-To resolve & closed loop with all internal stakeholders ensuring all customer queries are resolved within the defined timelines.

-The employee shall be responsible for closing all types of queries pertaining to customers like OD.

-Disbursal, statement, foreclosure, loan application status, etc received through internal or external.

-He/She shall take lead in finding ways to automate things to reduce customer complaints /requests.

-He/She shall be required to interact with various lenders ensuring query resolution.

-He/She will be required to do welcome call & send welcome call & send welcome kit/ letter post first disbursal explaining the customer all key features.
