Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience in all aspects of customer service – dealing with enquiries over the phone
• To attend to customers’ issues regarding Sales, Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, Queries regarding different products, discounts, order status, etc. and resolving them within the necessary turn-around-time.
• Maintaining KRAs for the team and reporting to the Team Manager.
• Briefing the team about the new process changes

SKILLS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Comprehensive problem solving and client handling abilities, willingness to learn, team facilitator.
• Ability to coordinate and multi-functional team.
• Interpersonal effectiveness and ability to build good relationship with customers and effective influencing skills.
• Analytical, logical and good interpersonal skills
