Job Description

- Successfully Manage the Restaurant generally including Sales and Marketing
· Discharge all duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Partner(s) from time to time.
· Manage a team of restaurant staff and participate in recruitment and selection. Proven ability in orientation, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
· Achieve restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends;
