Fashion Designer (0-3 years)

We are looking for a young, energetic and ambitious designer who can make use of the available resources and see through the multiple production processes in order to achieve desirable output.

KRAs:
1. Analyze the market and monitor current fashion trends, collections, customer preferences and competitor activities.

2. Apply the learning into conceptualization and creation of new designs for Gowns, Salwar suits and Kurtis

3. Ensure precise designs are offered in order to maintain high design success rate and achieve targets.

4. Coordinate with Fabric Teams, Dyers, Pattern makers, Tailors and cutting masters for sample making and end to end coordination for final production.
