Job Description

Responsibilities:
· The Administrative Assistant will report to the Hiring Manager.
· Daily duties will include phone calls, emails, document printouts/scans of forms, and other similar tasks.
· Keyboarding is an asset as Assistant will need to type and fill out forms.


Personality traits:
· Must have good Customer Service Skills.
· Knowledge of fluent English is mandatory.
· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a quick environment with minimal supervision
· Good communication skills and organization skills are needed.
· Strong computer skills are required for the position (Keyboarding, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet).
· Motivated and committed to succeed in tightly knit/nationally distributed teams.
