Job Description

Position is responsible for short and long term planning and the management of the Food & Beverage operations in the front and back of the house.

Develops and recommends the budget, marketing plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans. The major areas of responsibility/management include: Banquet(s), Restaurant(s) and Room Service.

Manages the operations of the restaurant and banquets and controls all outlets in a hotel to the required standards, within agreed budgetary limits and parameters of the law.

We are looking for professionals who can take the challenge of setting up a department, manage workforce and increase profitability of F&B Operations.

Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.

Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
