Job Roles and Responsibilities -
1.Source and Screening of candidates using database, portals social media etc.
2.Job Posting at various portal and Scheduling the Interviews;
3.Follow-up of candidates and mailings as per the requirements
Required Skills -
- Should have exposure of Basic HR functions
-Should posses good communication skills.
-Should be confident with positive attitude
-Good knowledge of Ms-Word and Excel.
