Job Description

It is essential for a Front Desk Executive to have superior interpersonal skills since most of their daily duties consist of interacting with students, parents, and faculties.
Enquiry Handling,
Managing all the front desk related activities.
Responsible for admission process & documentation..
Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth functioning of classes.
Answering the incoming calls and making outgoing calls.
Ensuring proper handling of all queries and walk-ins by effective counseling.
Monitoring and follow up of inquiries.
Counseling students and parents about our courses and program.
The candidate must be focused, self-motivated, responsible and punctual.
