Maintain a record of all guests and members coming to the gym.
Handle all incoming calls and answered the enquiries made.
Assist the Manager in maintaining the gym.
Administer the payments made by the members.
Resolve all customer complaints.
Ensured front desk was well attended at all times.
Coordinate with the customers and take feedback to improve the efficiency of services.
