Job Description

• Attending visitors courteously.
• Attending telephone calls courteously.
• Receiving postal mails, couriers, etc. and handing it over to the concerned authority/person.
• Mails relating to the company should be handed over to the directors only.
• To ensure the visitor is made comfortable while waiting by offering water, tea, coffee etc.
• Faculties / staff should not be disturbed during office hours with regard to any personal calls. Message should be noted and handover to concerned staff.
• Issue inquiry forms to visiting students and introduce to concerned Manager / counselor properly.
• Maintain Inquiry Register Date Wise.
• Maintaining dispatch register inward / outward
• Receiving payment bills and handing over to the accounts department for payments.
• Maintaining the photocopy register & sending for Xerox after obtaining permission from manager operations.
