Job Description

Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
Processing clients inquiry/follow upon calls and emails
Accommodate guest requests
Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
Handling cash payments
Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
Handle Complaints and Requests
Perform Bookkeeping Duties
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service skills, patience and tact
Ability to be calm and well organised, even when working under pressure
IT skills; most hotel booking and billing systems are operated through specialist computer software
