Job Description

Front Office Executive / Receptionist / (PA) or Personal secretary

• Managing the Front desk and handling all calls/visitors politely. Communication of messages, receiving phone calls, transferring calls, using judgment calls regarding nature of business and urgency of situation.

• Skilled in sending emails, letters, memos and supervise other official activities. Data entry duties depending on the task set. Receiving and distributing mail/courier.
• Be responsible for handling the operation of the front office. In addition to being a greeter, receptionists also may answer phones, accept the mail and courier deliveries, help determine who gets access to the building or office, schedule meetings travel arrangements, do paperwork and perform administrative tasks.

• Handle all Secretarial works independently as per Director's A
