Job Description

- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages to concerned person
-Hotel, Air, Car Booking
-Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence : HR, Plant, Administration
-Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
-Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies, Stationary management
-Respond to public inquiries
-Assistance in event management / CSR activities
-Inward/Out ward Courier management
-Create a database of vendors, suppliers and service-providers.
-Attending visitors and other routine administrative work.
-Organize conference and meeting room bookings
-Ensure that the front and rear entrances of the building are clean.
