Housekeeping Management and Guest Relations Manager

The Manager plays a very important role in the daily operations of our Wellness Spa. They are responsible for driving sales & overseeing the execution/implementation of key business initiatives at 1000 PETALS.

They oversee the day-to-day activities of our facility to ensure our customers & leisure members are consistently treated to an impeccable customer service experience, and that the operations run smoothly, efficiently and profitably.

1) Customer Experience
2) Oversee the operations of entire facility
- Housekeeping – Hygiene, Maintenance, Delegation of jobs
- Ensure all spa staff clock in and clock out of work
3) Lead Management / Database management
4) Purchase Orders and Accounts
