Job Description

1) Perform administrative support tasks.
2) Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct them to specific destinations.
3) Hear and resolve complaints from customers and public.
4) File and record maintenance.
5) Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or fax machine.
6) Schedule appointments, and maintain and update appointment calendars.
7) Analyze data to determine answers to questions from customers.
8) Perform duties such as taking care of plants and straightening magazines to maintain lobby or reception area.
9) Ticket booking, ordering food, accommodation management.
10) Any other ad hoc tasks given by management.

Candidate Requirement:
1. Good communication and presentation skills
2. Candidate will be responsible for complete front office and administrative task.
3. Computer Savvy
