Advance Computer knowledge of From Microsoft Office 2013 to 2016, Compatible to Photoshop, Corel, AutoCad Drawing Printing & Scanning.

Fully Compatible with Marathi as Govt. conversion in Marathi only. (Akruti Software).

Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.

Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.

Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms

File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, People in contact list and external partners

Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports

Develop and maintain a filing system

Make travel arrangements

Responsible to All Directors and External Party.
