Job Description

Prepare annual manpower budget of the Hospital.

Provide inputs for creation of Human Resources System that meets information needs on manpower planning, hiring and training.

Assist Head-HR in implementation of organizational development activities e.g. culture building and retention (Reward & recognition programs)

Coordinate & assist in HR Audit activities

Ensure all process related to new hire formalities are adhered as per policy:

Drive the Orientation program across the Hospital.

Communicate New / revised HR policies to all employees with in the Hospital.

Implementation of HR policies through detailed work process flow charts

Coordinate and drive various performance management initiatives (KRA Setting, Appraisal) amongst employees of the Hospital.

Enhance team performance through developmental exercises, Reward & Recognition programs
