General Manager Sales

1. Set Business targets, forecast and achieve in line with the company Annual Operations Plan
2. Develop plan and strategy for achieving business targets
3. To ensure a systematic collection of live project details, Industry requirements and seasonal requirements of the market, if any and achieve the realistic forecast
4. Define sales process and ensure continuous improvements
5. Manage end to end process from Pre-Order Booking to after Sales Service
6. Develop the new market/value added customers and maintain all existing key accounts with entire satisfaction of customers.
7. Develop the strategy market plan for Saggu Engineers.
8. Improve overall efficiency of marketing function/team.
9. Ensure sales plan.

Must have engineering Background. B.Tech in Electrical will be given preference. MBA would be additional benefit.
