Job Description

1. Answer incoming calls from customers, assist them with their inquiries.
2. Assist the customer regarding the plans and products of company.
3. Maintain quality on calls while dealing with customer & co-ordination on escalated complaints.
4. Handle the query and complaint of the customer.
5. Handle Customer support mailbox and reply to the users in the email with the resolution.
6. Resolves problems by clarifying issues; research and explore answers and alternative solutions; implement solutions; escalate unresolved problems.
