Job Description

Role : Admin Assistant
Experience : 1 - 2 Yrs
Location : Bangalore
Degree : Any Degree / Diploma
Responsibilities :
Handling office administration & Employee relationship,employee reimbursement, id cards, Bank account opening,
Maintaining office stationery & cafeteria items and update stocks.
Visiting government offices like PF, ESI, PT, Service Tax, returns filings, settlement, employee guidance, etc
Handling bank related tasks.
Handling petty cash, incoming and outgoing courier and updating database.
Ensuring smooth functioning in housekeeping, Security, shift vehicles, Caterers, Travel Booking, Hotel Booking, Building maintenance, Entry of invoices, bills in tracker, following up for payment and ensuring timely payments for Admin related expense.
Two Wheeler is a Must.
