Job Description

? Collating requirements from each department
? Recruitment Process and Termination Process
? Managing employee records-Attendance and Leaves
? Salary computation (Payroll)
? Coordination with Accounts department for ESI/PF with Statutory Compliance
? Stationary Management (Head office and Field)
? Maintenance of company documents (Licenses)– Renewal and updating records like Outsourcing agencies, legal, statutory, IT, ST, Auditor
? Handling Insurances like: WC, Fire, Burglary, Transit, PA, Medi claim, Life, Vehicle and Asset
? Office Maintenance
? Arranging meeting, training and documenting MOM
? Employee relationship management
? If any other additional works assigned by company

Note : BCOM /BBM candidates( freshers) are preferred.
