Job Description

• Compliance to regulatory concerns and returns like PF, Employment exchange, Bonus act, Minimum wages
• Compliance & Control: Interfacing with management and heads of department for implementing HR policies & procedures in line with core organizational objectives.
• Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes.
• Responsible for smooth function of HR in your respective divisions.
• Disciplinary action in conjunctions with the company's labor law and the standing instruction
Recruitment planning according to the vacancies approved by Management.
• Ensure and Supervise Labor Law Compliances Like ESIC and PF Benefits, Shop and Estd. Act and Contract Labour Act.
• Payroll, Attendance & Salary Records: Developing a system to track on line attendance and payroll processing as per attendance, maintaining attendance & leave record. To ensure all leaves are approved as per the HR
