Job Description

• Implement HR programs, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits and conduct new-employee orientations. Maintain company organization charts and the employee directory.
• Involve in records management, employee relations, EEO and other labor laws compliance, completing personnel transactions, monitor the perfor-mance evaluation program.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions and results in relation to established goals.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Taking care of all compliance.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
