Job Description
Designation- 4 HR- Executive
Salary- 15K- 18K
Qualification- Graduation (Any stream), Post-Graduation (MBA-HR)

Experience- 1-2 years, candidate should be from BPO background (Male/ Female)

Roles and Responsibilities/ Specifications

1. Initial Screening and shortlisting the candidates.

2. End to end coordination with consultants for bulk hiring.

3. Salary Negotiation

4. Rolling out offer letters to candidates.

5. Closure of positions on time.

6. Employee engagement ( organizing activities for employees, taking one to one sessions with the employees)

7. Joining, exit formalities of employees.

8. Excellent communication Skills mandatory



Note: Candidate should be comfortable with night shifts and 6 days working
