Job Description

-Responsible for End-to-End complete life cycle of the recruitment process
- Sourcing relevant profiles from job portals, job postings, walk-ins, database, mass mailing, employee referral etc
-Initial screening of candidates over telephone to check their Communication Skills, Tech Skills, and Soft Skills & Suitability for the position
-Organising interviews coordinating with the candidates for the interview process and taking the feedback.
-Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview.
-Issuing offer letter
-Closing the requirements timely
-Taking care of on boarding & joining formalities
- Other HR Generalist Activities
