Job Description:

To Source and attract candidates by tele calling to fulfill the bulk manpower requirement for front line associates
To Screen candidates resumes and job applications
To generate leads from database, lineup the candidates for interview
To follow-up the candidates for maximum conversion of confirmations
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Requirement:

Hands on experience of tele -calling and lead generations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong follow-up mechanism
